I never fit into the neat little boxes society tried to squeeze me into. I wasn’t built for the corporate grind, the rigid schedules, or the expectations that told me what success should look like. But you know what I was built for? Movement. Strength. The ability to reinvent myself through the power of my own body.
For over 20 years, I’ve been exploring the mind-body connection—from Ashtanga Yoga to Sculpt Weights, Pilates to mindful movement. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about freedom. It’s about reclaiming your power, breaking free from limitations (both mental and physical), and rewriting your own damn script.
Your Body, Your Revolution
I’ve trained in yoga across the globe, led classes in high-energy sculpt workouts, and seen firsthand how movement transforms people. It’s not just about getting stronger—it’s about breaking down barriers:
The barrier that says you’re not “fit enough” to start.
The barrier that tells you rest is laziness instead of necessary recovery.
The barrier that convinces you that workouts are punishment instead of celebration.
Neurodivergent and Built to Move
Let’s get real—some of us don’t thrive in traditional fitness spaces. If you’re neurodivergent, the structure of “gym life” might not work for you. The idea of hour-long workouts might feel unbearable. Your energy might be inconsistent—some days you’re on fire, some days you can barely move.
Here’s the truth: Your fitness journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Movement should feel like liberation, not obligation.
How I Train for Strength & Freedom
I approach fitness like I approach life—adaptable, creative, and limitless. That means:
Sculpt Weights for energy boosts & endurance
Yoga & Pilates for grounding, balance, and strength
Functional movement for real-world resilience
Mindful training because fitness isn’t just physical—it’s mental
The goal? Train for the life you want to live. Whether that’s being strong enough to hike through new adventures, flexible enough to chase your dreams (literally), or simply capable of showing up for yourself, every workout is a step toward that freedom.
This Is Your Invitation
No more waiting for the “perfect time” to start. No more shrinking yourself into spaces that weren’t built for you. Your body was made to move. Your spirit was meant to be free.
